Welcome to the payment, refund and cancellation policy of Lifescool, a digital platform for people of all ages to learn and teach various life skills in vernacular languages. The domain name, Website and the Apps are owned, registered and operated by Lifeplug EduTech LLP, an LLP incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, and having its registered office at 19/503, Bismi Complex, PO Mayanad, Kozhikode, Kerala – 673008, India, (hereinafter referred to as “Lifescool” or “ us” or “we” or “our” or “LLP”).

1. Payment, refund and cancellation policy

• 1.1 Once purchased, no partial or full refund will be provided, unless there is an exceptional circumstance which will be decided by Lifescool on a case to case basis
• 1.2 No exchanges between courses after purchase will be allowed.
• 1.3 Lifescool does not have any recurring subscription charges which a customer has to pay.
• 1.4 Lifescool does not store any of your payment information (debit card, credit card, net banking, etc) or such other information restricted by the Reserve Bank of India(RBI) for processing payment and has partnered with payment gateways for the payment towards the services.
• 1.5 In case of any other payment, refund or cancellation issues, decision will be taken on a case by case basis and Lifescool’s decision will be final and binding.
